Compassionate Support Through Loss
My approach is grief-sensitive, grounded, and deeply attuned. Loss—whether the death of a loved one, a child, or a hoped-for future—can reshape your inner world and your sense of self. This work offers space to honor your heartache, tend to what has been lost, and receive support for the long, non-linear process of grief, acceptance, and integration.
Together, we move at your pace, meeting grief as it shows up in your body, emotions, and nervous system. We make room for what often has no outlet, supporting regulation, meaning-making, and the gentle weaving of loss into your life without pressure to “move on.”
I offer support for:
Pregnancy and infant loss, including miscarriage, stillbirth, infant death, infertility-related loss, and terminations for medical reasons
Pregnancy and parenting after loss
Parenting while carrying grief and honoring both loss and living children
Life after loss, including shifts in identity, relationships, and worldview
Grief following the death of a partner, parent, sibling, grandparent, or close friend
