Deep Healing & Personal Transformation

For individuals who know something needs to change — and are ready to go deeper than they've gone before.

Who I Work With

You may not have the words for what brought you here. You just know that you are tired. Tired of feeling anxious or depleted. Tired of the same patterns showing up in your relationships, your family, your sense of self. Tired of not quite understanding why — and ready for something to finally shift.

Or perhaps you are further along in your journey — you have done some work, you have some language for what you carry, and you sense there are deeper layers still waiting to be explored. You are not in crisis. You are curious. You are ready to go somewhere you haven't been yet.

The people I work with in this space arrive from many different places — but what they share is a willingness to look honestly at themselves and a readiness for something more than surface level relief.

They may be navigating:

Chronic anxiety or a persistent sense of unease that nothing has quite touched. Reactivity that feels bigger than the moment. Difficulty with boundaries — saying yes when you mean no, giving more than you have, putting everyone else first. Patterns in relationships that keep repeating. A critical inner voice that won't quiet. A bone deep exhaustion that has nothing to do with sleep.

And sometimes — through the exploration — what begins to reveal itself are the deeper layers beneath all of it. Early experiences that shaped how you see yourself and others. Family dynamics that were more complicated than they seemed. Ways you were parented that left needs unmet or wounds unacknowledged. Patterns of relating that made sense then and no longer serve you now.

You don't have to name any of this when you arrive. You just have to be willing to look.

The Whole Picture

Most approaches to anxiety, relationship patterns, and personal struggle work at the level of the symptom. They offer tools, strategies, reframes — ways of managing what is happening without necessarily getting to the root of why it keeps happening.

What I offer is both the right tools and the willingness to follow the work wherever it leads. Approaches like parts work, inner relationship focusing, somatic processing, and EMDR work on a different level than talk therapy — they reach the places that words alone cannot access, working with the body, the nervous system, and the younger parts of self that carry the oldest wounds.

But tools are only as effective as the person using them. Getting to the root of lasting change also requires a practitioner who has walked this road themselves — someone who understands from the inside what it takes to look honestly at these things, who can ask the questions that open rather than close, who can guide the exploration with patience and without rushing you toward any particular conclusion.

I have done my own deep work in this territory. Years of it. The slow, nonlinear, sometimes uncomfortable kind. That personal experience is not separate from my professional capacity — it is the ground beneath it. It is what allows me to meet you where you are, stay with you in the harder places, and trust the process even when it feels like nothing is moving.

What Working With Me Looks Like

This work is tender. And it is slow.

When you first arrive — whether you come with a clear sense of what you are carrying or simply a feeling that something needs to change — we begin carefully. There is no rushing here. No agenda to uncover everything at once. The early sessions are about getting to know each other, about me understanding your world and you getting a sense of whether this feels like a safe enough place to go deeper.

Whatever you bring into this space — including the parts of you that aren't sure about being here — is welcome. The caution, the uncertainty, the not knowing where to start. All of it belongs. There is no right way to show up.

Trust is not assumed here. It is built. Session by session, moment by moment. And that building is not separate from the healing — it is the healing. For many people in this work, learning to trust another person with their real self is one of the most significant things that happens.

When the trust begins to settle — and it does, for those who stay — something opens. We begin to follow the threads together. The present day patterns back to their origins. The beliefs that feel like truth back to where they were first learned. Slowly, carefully, without forcing.

I will ask questions that open rather than close. I will stay with you in the discomfort of looking at things that have perhaps never been looked at before.

This is not easy work. But for those who are ready — who are willing to stay with the slowness and the uncertainty and the gradual unfolding — what becomes possible on the other side is real. Less reactivity. More clarity. Genuine self compassion. The ability to understand yourself in ways you never have before. A life that finally makes sense from the inside.

Whatever you are carrying — there is room for it here.

What I Bring

My training spans a decade at the intersection of somatic trauma therapy, parts work, EMDR, attachment, and relational healing — including direct training with Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Richard Schwartz, Dr. Stephen Porges, Dr. Arielle Schwartz, Dr. Diane Poole Heller, Deb Dana, Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, Dr. Scott Lyons, and Staci Haines. I trained extensively through The Embody Lab, one of the leading somatic training institutions in the country.

I have also pursued specialized training in integrative trauma therapy, attachment therapy, developmental trauma therapy, complex PTSD, betrayal trauma, and healing from narcissistic and emotionally immature parenting — both in service of my professional work and as part of my own healing journey.

This is not a body of training I accumulated to check boxes. It is a decade of deep, self-driven learning — pursued because I am genuinely passionate about understanding how early experiences shape who we become, and how healing actually happens.

Work With Me

I work virtually and am able to support clients anywhere. Sessions are 55 to 85 minutes and I am currently accepting new clients.

The first step is simply reaching out. We will begin with a free discovery call — a chance to connect, ask questions, and get a sense of whether we might be a good fit. There is no obligation and no pressure.

I offer drop-in sessions as well as discounted packages and bundles for ongoing work. Cost should never be a barrier to this kind of support — I am always willing to have a conversation about what is possible.

If something in what you have read here has felt like recognition — if you are ready to go somewhere you haven't been yet — I would love to hear from you.
