Navigating Trauma & Rebuilding Connection

My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and somatically grounded. Trauma can shape how we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world—often outside of conscious awareness. My work is informed by polyvagal theory, EMDR principles, and parts-based frameworks, supporting a deeper understanding of how the nervous system adapts to overwhelm and threat.

Together, we gently explore how acute, developmental, complex, and intergenerational trauma live in the body and nervous system. Through somatic awareness, polyvagal-informed regulation, and parts-informed exploration, we build insight into protective patterns, increase capacity for safety and connection, and create space for healing and relational repair—with yourself and with others.

I offer tools for:

  • Understanding early childhood trauma, neglect, and abuse through a nervous system lens

  • Working with betrayal trauma and estranged or toxic family dynamics

  • Identifying and relating to parts shaped by lived experience

  • Building nervous system regulation and expanding your window of tolerance

  • Recognizing trauma responses without judgment or overwhelm

  • Supporting post-traumatic growth through attachment-focused, parts-informed care
