    A 55- or 85-minute session of compassionate, attuned care — meeting you where you are and supporting what’s most present.

  • Support Groups (via Zoom)

    Closed, 6–8 week virtual groups offering a safe, supportive space to share your story, connect with others who understand, and find healing in community. Each group is gently facilitated and designed to foster connection, compassion, and mutual support.

  • Healing Retreats (in person)

    Immersive in-person retreats offering space to slow down, reconnect, and be deeply cared for. Through somatic practices, ritual, movement, time in nature, and nourishing meals, you’ll be supported in doing meaningful healing work while also resting, restoring, and returning to yourself.
