the work we'll do

What Does Somatic Mean?

Somatic means working with the whole of you.
From the Greek soma, meaning the living, felt experience, somatic work includes thoughts and stories and the sensations, emotions, and nervous system where much of your experience is held. We listen to what your body already knows, not just what can be said.

“Welcoming every part of you—and every person in their full humanity—with curiosity, compassion, and connection.”
