Parenting With Awareness & Self-Compassion
My approach to parenting is attachment-aware, developmentally informed, and trauma-conscious. I draw on extensive training in child development and attachment to help parents understand what children truly need at each stage of growth, and how secure relationships support lifelong emotional health.
Just as importantly, we gently explore how your own experiences influence your nervous system and responses as a parent. Healing and awareness create more space for regulation, connection, and compassion—allowing you to show up for your children and yourself with greater steadiness and care.
This work supports parents in:
Understanding child development, key stages, and emotional needs
Navigating triggers and difficult emotions in parenting
Building and repairing secure attachment
Recognizing how early experiences influence parenting responses
Increasing nervous system regulation for you and your children
Responding with connection rather than reactivity
Supporting intergenerational healing while raising children
