My approach to parenting is attachment-aware, developmentally informed, and trauma-conscious. Together, we explore what children need to feel safe, connected, and supported — and how your own experiences may shape your nervous system and responses as a parent.

This work creates more space for regulation, repair, compassion, and connection with both your children and yourself.
