How I Hold Space
This journey is hard and heavy and exhausting. And part of navigating it is not staying in the depths all the time. Part of the healing is finding moments of connection, levity, and even humor — the kind that can only emerge when you are with someone who truly gets it. Someone who can laugh with you in the same breath as crying with you. That is not a contradiction. That is part of what makes this journey whole.
I show up to this work as a full human being — with warmth, humor, vulnerability, and depth. Not as a distant professional behind a screen, but as someone genuinely present with you. And in that space, something becomes possible — you get to show up fully too. Nothing managed. Nothing performed. All parts of you are welcome.
What you will also find here is someone deeply trained. A decade of rigorous study in somatic trauma therapy, grief, attachment, and the neuroscience of healing quietly informs everything that happens between us — what I notice, what I offer, where we go next. You get both. The full human presence and the depth of knowledge behind it.
